DOWNLOAD DISH On September 1, 2002 Peter started the restaurant in a charming but stately building, which used to be a Municipal Gymnasium in the city of Zutphen. The building is called "Schulten Hues." Restaurant 't Schulten Hues was born. The building is a monument built in 1881, built in Renaissance style and they tried to obtain the ancient structure & charme. [Peter] I am ambitious. Sobriety and ambition need not be contradictions.
Cooking is theater, but if you do not want to join, you must save the cooking itself. I love cooking. Cooking is tangible. Somewhere in me is the urge to create. I do not know where this urge comes from. We now have a Michelin star but I still feel like I'm at the bottom of the food chain, it is only going up. I am cautious and reserved because I feel I have nothing mean. Ultimately, what I do to prepare food, and give guests a good night's all.
