Culinary Way of St. James: Paznaun – Ischgl

The Tyrolean Paznaun region presents, for the fourth time, award-winning cuisine in the mountain highlands this summer. According to the theme the “Culinary Way of St. James”, international award-winning chefs create a menu with regional meals and products for one of the Austrian Alpine Association huts under the patronage of Eckart Witzigmann.

During the whole alpine-summer, these creations will be served at the various huts creating the “Culinary Way” along the route St James took through the Alps, centuries before.
