Culinary Way of St. James 2011
On 10 July, the Paznaun gave the starting signal for a summer of superlative indulgence. For already the third time in succession, the culinary pilgrim path was held, bringing celebrity chefs to the highlands under the patronage of chef of the century Eckart Witzigmann. Culinary flights of fancy were guaranteed, as the following celebrity chefs wielded their cooking spoons at the four selected Alpine Club huts: Marcello Leoni from Italy (Restaurant Leoni, Bologna), Dutchman Niven Kunz (Restaurant Niven, Rijswijk), Belgian Alex Clevers (Restaurant Vivendum, Dilsen-Sokkem) and the famous TV-chef Tim Mälzer from Germany (Restaurant Bullerei, Hamburg).

Culinary Way of St. James 2010
Award-winning cuisine on the high mountains! Paznaun is the only place, where after a lovely hike you stop for a bite to eat at a alpine chalet and an actual award-winning chef is preparing an exclusive meal for you. In 2010 Martin Hermann, Ivo Adam, Gerrit Greveling and Franz Fuiko indulged the hikers with their culinary creations with regional products from Paznaun.

Culinary Way of St. James 2009
The first Culinary Way of St. James took place in 2009 and was introduced by Eckart Witzigmann. The chef of the century presented 4 international award-winning chefs to the alpine chalets in Paznaun. Martin Sieberer,
Norbert Niederkofler, Martin Fauster and Martin Dalsass prepared a
delicious first-class Alp meal with regional products, especially the
Paznaun Alp Cheese.
